Article 1 - General Provisions

These Cancellation & Refund Terms regulate the cancellation, refund and support processes related to the digital product sales carried out through 1epin.com.

The products sold through 1epin.com are digital products and are delivered electronically.

By creating an order, the USER declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Cancellation & Refund Terms.

Article 2 - Digital Products

E-pin codes
Game codes
Digital game balances
Gift cards
In-game currencies
Digital memberships
Digital game products

Since digital products are single-use, copyable products delivered electronically, they are subject to special refund conditions.

Article 3 - Right of Withdrawal

The USER accepts that the digital product they purchased is delivered instantly and that they lose the right of withdrawal after delivery.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for delivered, viewed or used digital products.

For digital products delivered instantly in electronic form, the right-of-withdrawal exception under the Regulation on Distance Contracts applies.

Article 4 - Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Made

Refunds cannot be made in the following situations:

Delivered products,
Viewed codes,
Used products,
Products assigned to an account,
Codes shared with third parties,
Faulty transactions caused by the user,
Wrong platform selection,
Wrong server selection,
Entering incorrect user information.

Article 5 - Entering Incorrect Information

The USER is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter when creating an order.

1epin.com cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems that may occur when an incorrect Game ID, username, server information, platform selection or e-mail address is entered.

Article 6 - Technical Problems

The user can create a support request for products that are not delivered, delivered incompletely or delivered incorrectly.

If, as a result of the technical examination, the problem is determined to be caused by 1epin.com;

The product may be redelivered,
A balance may be credited to the user account,
A refund may be made.

1epin.com may request additional information or a screenshot from the user when it deems necessary.

In the event of a stock problem, technical error, pricing error or system issue, 1epin.com reserves the right to cancel the order and make a refund.
