How to Use
- Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed
- Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
- Click on “Redeem Your Gift”
- Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
- Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
- To use your voucher
- On Grab app home screen, click on a service of your choice
- Enter the necessary details to place an order or to make a booking
- Tap on Offer / Add an offer
- Select the GrabGifts voucher you want to use and tap on Use Now / Apply
- Review your booking details and place your order
